Data Privacy
During the trial subscription services, users can participate at their own risk. Nevertheless, the data is stored encrypted in the cloud servers to ensure data privacy. Daily backups of the data are stored for about three months offline. If the user cancels a subscription service and lose their control over data on the live website, they can request, the data associated to this service to be removed by creating a ticket . The backup data are offline and encrypted, and all the backed-up information stored about the user will be removed from the system after 3 months.
